A new take on craft coffee service allows for broader customer engagement & interaction all sewn up in simple modern design. Typically a coffee shop has the bar along a back wall and as soon as you come in you are forced to walk to the back and follow through a line cafeteria style. At Lineage, we placed the serving area so it is in the center of the space and allows for the customer to meet their barista right away. Additionally the seats are distributed by type around the counter so as to provide a more intimate connection for service and conversation with shop visitors.
